SL2 english installer

What the installer will do:
- Create backup folders of: override, characters, mpsave, portraits, sounds
- Change the default font to courier, and the cache size to 300
- Install Shoplifting 2 and the manual
- Create shortcuts in the start menu and in the desktop
- Create uninstaller that repairs all this and leaves the game as it was before the installation

Notes about the version: it includes patches 0.3 and 0.4 (the bulimic waitress and the ruby slippers stories)
